The Ethics, Professional Conduct and Conflict Management Committee (in french CEDEGESCO)
Competencies :
CEDEGESCO’s mission is to ensure respect for ethics and professional conduct within the ESAEI.
He is also responsible for resolving conflicts within the organization if it fails to prevent them from occurring.
To this end, CEDEGESCO:
- Ensures that the values of the institution are disseminated and respected by all stakeholders.
- Leads the process of developing the code of ethics and professional conduct within the school and ensures its implementation.
- Ensures that ethical standards are taken into account in company decisions.
- Draws the attention of the Board of Directors, the Scientific Council, the Department of Administrative Affairs and the Department of Academic Affairs to the shortcomings observed in matters of ethics and professional conduct.
- Prevent and monitor unethical behavior and the risks involved.
- Holds workshops on topics related to conflict management, ethics and good conduct.
Members :
The Ethics, Professional Conduct and Conflict Management Committee is made up of five (05) members:
- Two (02) representatives of teaching and research staff.
- Two (02) representatives of administrative, technical and service staff.
- A student representative (01).
These representatives, appointed by their colleagues, must be of good character, conduct and broad judgment. They must be exemplary in their behavior and have never been sanctioned or condemned in the context of their activities
