The Director of Administrative Affairs

Nomination :

The director in charge of administrative affairs of the college is appointed on the recommendation of the president of the board of directors.

He is elected for a mandate of five (05) years, renewable. Six (06) months before the end of his mandate, he indicates to the Board of Directors whether he wishes to renew it or not. In the event of non-renewal of his mandate, his successor is designated according to the procedure described in this article.

Competencies :

The Director of Administrative Affairs represents the African Higher School of Islamic Studies in its relations with other parties in the administrative field. He manages the school’s assets and signs on his behalf the contracts for supplies, equipment and work necessary for its operation. At the start of each calendar year, the Director of Administrative Affairs prepares the draft budget which he submits to the Board of Directors for approval.
