Internal Quality Assurance Unit
Competencies :
The mission of the ESAEI Internal Quality Assurance Unit (CIAQ) is to promote quality and culture within the institution, particularly in the areas of training and university life.
The Unit supports internal quality assessment processes in the areas of governance, training, research and student life and supports the development of educational innovations.
Members :
The CIAQ has 9 members:
- Its administrator appointed by the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
- 4 representatives of teaching and research staff.
- 2 representatives of administrative, technical and service staff.
- 2 student representatives.
These representatives are appointed by their colleagues.
Missions :
The members of the Internal Quality Assurance Unit are appointed for two (02) years, renewable.
It meets in ordinary session every three (03) months upon convocation by its director who sets the agenda.
It meets in extraordinary session as often as necessary.
Each meeting of the Internal Quality Assurance Unit concludes with the recording of minutes, a copy of which is sent to the President of the Management Board, the President of the Scientific Council, the Director of Administrative Affairs and the Director of Business. Educational.
The CIAQ manages the quality procedures that the organization will have to put in place. In this context, he participates in the development of evaluation procedures, as well as in the development of briefs and documents necessary for internal and external evaluations.
The CIAQ ensures the collection, monitoring and archiving of documents issued by the various national and international quality assurance organizations.
The CIAQ ensures the valorization of the experiences of the ESAEI and its sustainability in terms of quality assurance practice with which the establishment will be associated.
The Unit is called upon to improve the quality of the organization’s internal and external communications.
She necessarily participates in the various events in the field of quality assurance to which the establishment will be invited or is the facilitator.
The CIAQ is the point of contact for the ANAQ-Sup within the organization.
The CIAQ organizes workshops and training seminars in the field of quality assurance.
The head of the Internal Quality Assurance Unit ensures the movement and operation of the unit, and therefore takes all necessary measures to ensure the proper functioning of the work.
The Head of the CIAQ ensures the interface between the establishment and the ANAQ-Sup in terms of quality and assurance.
The Head of the CIAQ is an ex officio member of all self-evaluation steering committees, and ensures the publication, monitoring and archiving of self-evaluation reports validated by the ad hoc steering committees and reports external evaluation.
